Scope
Description
Electrical Installation Testing & Remedial Works
鈥� Production of an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).
鈥� Agreed remedial electrical repairs identified during testing visits.
鈥� Undertake full rewires to domestic properties where condition determines.
鈥� Production of Satisfactory certification in line with a 5-year programme.
鈥� Uploaded certificate in agreed format via Qualis portal.
鈥� Electrical inspection and testing across all communal areas.
鈥� Landlord lighting tests, including duration tests.
鈥� Labelling of distribution boards and circuits.
Objectives
鈥� Deliver a consistent, quality service to customers.
鈥� Agree all appointments at convenient times with customers.
鈥� Reduce no access visits wherever possible.
鈥� Follow variation guidance to ensure cost certainty.
Quality Standards
鈥� Compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations, Building Regulations, and relevant British Standards(BS7671).
鈥� Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
鈥� NHF Schedule of Rates 7.1
鈥� Accreditation requirements: NICEIC, CHAS, 黑料不打烊line.
鈥� Ongoing performance monitoring and KPI reporting.
