Description
The contract is for a single supplier to act as the Principal Contractor and complete all works as follows:
鈥� Stage 4 mechanical, electrical & civils design
鈥� Enabling works for new steam & condensate return connections located on EC1 steam distribution and WBH.
鈥� Supply and installation of steam and condensate equipment.
鈥� Supply and installation of new steam connection & condensate return including all required equipment and associated civil & steelworks.
鈥� Deliver a phased changeover of steam delivery from the WBH to the newly installed connection fed from EC1.
鈥� Decommission, removal and disposal of WBH and associated redundant equipment.
鈥� Disconnection and isolation of gas, compressed air and mains water.
鈥� Commissioning and handover including Project Information Folder (PIF) is provided to the client Project Manager
