M Group reports record revenues

1 hour M Group has released full year 2025/26 results, showing record levels of revenue, profit and order book. The report comes after the infrastructure services company consolidated more than 20 historic brands.

The results for the year to 31 March 2026 showed revenues up 23% to 拢3.1bn, with EBITDA, before exceptional and non-recurring items, of 拢217.6m, up from 拢155.5m. EBITDA margins grew to 7.1% from 6.2%. M Group's order book stood at 拢10.4bn, 18% up.

During the year, M Group says it delivered more than a hundred contract wins and renewals, and established the company鈥檚 largest order book to date, with more than 70% of the expected FY27 turnover already secured.

Following its successful rebrand in 2025, there were three transformative acquisitions during the year, with the company completing the purchase of Telent, Cyro Cyber and Aran. A key focus of the company strategy is to grow its client offering and provide solutions across the full asset lifecycle, from design and deliver, through maintain and renew, to operate, secure and assure.
