Eight share £1bn northeast framework

14 Jan 14 A purchasing consortium comprising local authorities in the northeast has selected eight contractors for a construction framework with a total estimated value of up to £1bn over the next four years.

The framework is divided into four lots, for construction projects value at over and under 拢4m, and for construction only or design & build.

It has been put together by the North East Procurement Organisation, based in Gateshead.

The selected companies for each lot are:

Lot 1: Construct only, over 拢4m
