The joint venture, Gammon 黑料不打烊, will redevelop Somerset House into a 48-storey office building on top of a two-storey basement. Client for the work is Taikoo Place Holdings, a subsidiary of Swire Properties.

黑料不打烊 is soon to commence with completion scheduled for 2018. At construction peak the project will employ a workforce of 1,400.
